who I guide.
I teach leadership to social impact teams and leaders who are here to make a difference in the world. These are organizations where values are more than words on a wall. Where the care of people meets care for the work. And where there is commitment to create a work environment where everyone can thrive.
After 15,000 hours of facilitation, I’ve learned that the efficacy of leadership training happens when these 3 things are present:
Leaders 100% support it — for the team and themselves. They show up for the learning too.
The team wants to grow.
The organization makes space for growth to happen.
Is this you? Reach out.
I facilitate:
Senior leadership retreats and dream team building offsites
New and reforming teams wanting to build individual and collective leadership competencies
Teams who need help working better together — building trust, conflict resolution and communication
Strategic visioning, planning, and goal setting
9 core capabilities
Leadership is a gathering of unique strengths, lived experiences, personality types, individual and organizational goals, and the dynamics between people that are changing moment by moment. There is no one right way to lead. Leaders build capacity in 3 areas: leading self, leading people, and leading organization. This program provides the foundational skills, knowledge, tools, and practices to lead better together. At the center of the program is the comprehensive iEQ9 Enneagram leadership assessment profile that provides a map to individual and collective growth.
The primary goal of a great leader is to create the conditions for people to shine. This means people have:
Agency over their choices and actions.
A sense of Purpose in what they do.
Safety to be their whole selves.
Respect to thrive.
my style
I apply teachings from multi-faceted frameworks and perspectives to challenge you to see beyond the box so you can create the conditions for yourself and your team to shine. Expect a coach approach, leading methodologies, and relevant practices you can use immediately. I use a decolonizing, equity lens that prioritizes creating safer, inclusive spaces.

the iEQ9 ennneagram
I use a comprehensive assessment tool called the iEQ9 Enneagram that identifies your core Enneagram type: personality, motivation, self-limiting beliefs, blindspots and opportunities. I find this test to be the most accurate and effective of all the leadership assessment tools.
I use professional individual reports and team reports.
individual report
Indentifies individual’s core type and covers Enneagram specific constructs that support self-awareness and personal transformation. Includes specific leadership competencies that influence effectiveness and development like decision-making and strategic thinking.

team report
Teams are fundamental to performance and yet remain difficult to understand, align and develop. Teamwork and collaboration challenge our organizations and individuals, requiring greater awareness of themselves and how they engage with others in teams.
