who I guide

I guide impact teams and leaders here to make a difference in the world. These are organizations and brands where values are more than words on a wall. Where the care of people meets the impact of the work. And where there is action to create a work environment where everyone can thrive.

After 15,000 hours of facilitation for over 150 groups, I’ve learned that the efficacy of team development happens when 2 things are present:

  1. Leaders 100% support it — for the team and themselves. They show up for the learning too. Without that, it’s just a checkbox of a KPI.

  2. The team wants to grow. You need to be willing to change in order to shine.

what is leadership?

Leadership is a gathering of unique strengths, lived experiences, personality types, individual and organizational goals, and the dynamics between people that are changing moment by moment. There is no one right way to lead.

Leaders and teams build capacity in three core areas: leading self, leading people, and leading organization. Gain core knowledge, tools, and practices to lead better together.

Level 1: You as Leader

A leader can make or break an organization — and the people who work with you. This session is all about understanding who you are as a leader. Identify your leadership strengths and style, and where you get stuck and tripped up. Know your triggers and what you need to thrive. Includes a comprehensive Enneagram iEQ9 assessment that identifies your core type — personality, strengths, motivation, limitations, and opportunities — creating a roadmap for accelerated, integrative, and sustainable development in individuals, teams, and organizations.

Learning Outcomes + Key Results:

  • Define and refine your leadership style

  • Identify your strengths, blindspots, defence mechanisms and triggers

  • Create bridges of understanding to appreciate your motivations, strengths, decisions, needs and metrics of success

  • Discover how you better lead through conflict and change

Level 2: We as Leaders

This session is all about thriving as a team. Create new pathways for resolving conflict, building collaboration, and navigating change better together. Builds on Level 1: You as Leader with the a comprehensive iEQ9 Enneagram Teams report that maps your team’s leadership style, conflict approach, decision-making matrix, relationship blocks, and opportunities for shared success. Understand why you struggle and why you get along so you can spend more time in synergy moving toward shared goals. Create a roadmap for accelerated, integrative, and impact.

Learning Outcomes + Key Results:

  • Explore your unique Team Enneagram Style and Report

  • Identify pathways to strengthen your team’s dynamics through conflict and change

  • Create bridges to appreciate each others’ motivations, strengths, decisions, and needs

  • Discover ways to effectively and compassionately work with different people who see and approach things differently than you do

  • Create an action plan to optimize team success

Level 3: Advanced Teams

These sessions support the continuous growth of your team. Having completed Levels 1 and 2, I have a clear sense of what your team needs to keep growing. Through our work, I identify where you and your team are struggling and where you need to invest to keep building a high-thriving team that achieves results and uplifts one another in the process.

These sessions are customized to your needs.

Together, we determine learning goals and outcomes to focus your sessions. Some common areas of growth that I see here are:

format

Sessions can be delivered in person, online, and blended. I custom design the format you need that works for your team, be it in segments or through multi-day sessions.

timing

Sessions are best done as full-day team experiences to build trust and collaboration. Sessions include core concepts, learning frameworks tools and practice to grow stronger together. Combine Levels 1 and 2 for an immersive team building experience.

coaching

Combine with individual or team coaching to fully integrate the learnings into your leadership, organizational culture and operations.

iEQ9 enneagram leadership tool

I use a comprehensive assessment tool called the iEQ9 Enneagram that identifies your core Enneagram type: personality, motivation, self-limiting beliefs, blindspots and opportunities. I find this test to be the most accurate and effective of all the leadership assessment tools.

I use professional individual reports and team reports.
